: The HHS project has received a favorable statement from the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Helsinki’s Faculty of Medicine (November 30, 1998, updated February 14, 2017) and the health authorities of the City of Helsinki (February 3, 2000). The City of Helsinki has granted research permission for the project (June 8, 2023). In addition, the qualitative extension of the HHS project, including the interviews reported in this article, received permission from the City of Helsinki (June 21, 2023) and a favorable statement from the University of Helsinki’s Research Ethics Committee in the Humanities and Social and Behavioural Sciences (February 14, 2023). Participation was based on informed consent. The study followed the good scientific practice defined by the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity TENK []. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Conventions of data protection and information security were applied.
