: Ethical clearance and approval per the Helsinki Declaration was obtained from Institutional Review Board of the University of Gondar, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Institute of Public Health with (Ref/No./IPH/2473/2023). Also, a letter of support was obtained from the zonal health department of Gondar town. Each participant was informed about the purpose of the research, the procedures involved, the associated risks and benefits, the duration of participation, confidentiality measures, the voluntary nature of their involvement, and their right to withdraw at any time without penalty. They were then given sufficient time to read the consent form and ask questions before signing it. After addressing their questions, written consent was obtained from each voluntary participant.
