: The IBH-PC study and this subsequent project were reviewed and approved by the University of Vermont Research Protections Office Institutional Review Board’s Committee on Human Research (CHRMS#16–554). All participants were healthcare workers or coaches assisting healthcare workers with the intervention. All were provided with an information sheet explaining the purpose, procedures, benefits, and risks of this research. Participants were informed that they could end their participation at any time with no adverse consequences. They were informed that by participating, they were providing their consent to participate. All participants provided informed consent to include their responses in this study, either in written or oral form according to that Institutional Review Board’s Committee.
