: The research committee of the Zomba District Heath Office has approved all materials and procedures for this study (ZA/DC/ADMIN/15/02/2024) dated 15th February 2024. All procedures were carried out in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All patient participants were given a written and verbal explanation regarding the aim of the study, data protection and privacy of individual data. Consent was obtained verbally. The written consent of healthcare professionals and patients came in the form of completed and returned questionnaires.
