: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki on ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects [], The Regional Committee for Medical & Health Research Ethics, Section A, South East Norway, found the research project to be outside the remit of the Act on Medical and Health Research (ref.172391). The Norwegian Agency of shared Services in Education and Research (NSD-472886) and the privacy legislation authority at Akershus University Hospital approved the study (ref. 2020_124, 20/05868). The participants received written information about the study and signed a written informed consent before data collection. All participants were informed that the participation was voluntary, and that they had the opportunity to withdraw from the study at any time. Quotations used in this paper are anonymized by assigning a number to each of the interviewed participants.
