: No ethical approval is needed for the studies since no sensitive data were to be managed in the studies. To gain objective consideration of ethics, the researchers applied for ethical consideration to the Swedish ethical review authority both for interviews and for a survey. For the interviews written informed consent were gathered for respondents. For the questionnaire all respondents received a two-step study participation information, first study participation information was distributed with the invitation to participate, and second study participation information was set as pre-page needed to pass to get to the survey questions. The following statement citations clarify the decisions and the reasoning behind the decisions made by the authorities:The Swedish Ethical Review Authority reference number (Dnr) 2021–02908:○ Decision: The ethics review authority rejects the application, that is, does not take the application up for consideration.○ Declared reasoning behind decision: In the current project, there will be no intervention on a research person or other intervention in the manner specified in Sect. 4 of the Ethics Review Act. There will be no processing of personal data in the manner specified in Sect. 3 of the Ethics Review Act.
