: The study was approved and registered by Vefsen og Vestvågøy Personvernombud, Vestvågøy municipality’s privacy regulation committee (Ref number 3217/13217201). An email invitation, accompanied by written information about the study and ethical considerations in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration [], was dispatched to leaders in the respective municipalities who recruited participants. All participants were informed about their rights and that participation was voluntary before they signed a declaration of consent.
