: This study was conducted in accordance with the relevant research guidelines and regulations. For instance, ethics approval for the study was obtained from the College of Medicine Research and Ethics Committee (COMREC) in Malawi (reference number P.09/22/3766). Information about the study was provided to every participant in the study in a readily understandable manner. Written informed consent was sought from each study participant. Each participant participated in the study voluntarily with an option to withdraw at any point of the study without being required to provide explanations for their withdrawal. Participants were assigned numbers or codes and their names were not used in this study to ensure anonymity.
