: Approval from the institutional review board or equivalent committee(s) was not obtained, as the online survey represented non-interventional research with anonymised data that included not specifically patients but citizens. However, an ethical self-assessment was carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the German Data Forum (RatSWD) for surveys that do not contain any questions that are likely to have a negative impact on the participants. All relevant ethical standards (Declaration of Helsinki, Code of Ethics of the German Sociological Association (DGS) and the Professional Association of German Sociologists (BDS)) were adhered to, and the rights and well-being of the participants were fully protected.
