: This study analysed secondary data. The protocol of the CARhES cohort was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee of Aragon (CEICA PI21/148). This Committee waived the informed consent. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent from participants was not required because we used health information routinely collected in Aragón and held in health administrative databases from which only unique encoded identifiers were analysed by the study team.
