: This study was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the University of Dodoma Institutional Research Review Board (IRB) with Ref.No.MA.84/261/01/103; Permission for this study was approved by Regional Administrative Secretary (RAS) for Manyara region with Ref.No.FA.262/347/01/K/64.Verbal/written informed consent was obtained from each participant before data collection. However, participants were assured the right to withdraw from the study at any time whenever they felt like it. Confidentiality was assured by using identification numbers (IDs) to identify participants.
