: The Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT – earlier known as NSD) approved this study. The SIKT is a resource center and ethics committee for academic research in Norway. The SIKT project number is 430956. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects. In accordance with the Personal Data Act §§2–7 and 8 no. 1, the participants were informed about the aim of the study, informed consent was obtained from all participants, and their anonymity and confidentiality were guaranteed. Specifically, the participants gave their consent by choosing to participate actively in the study by answering the online questionnaire.
