: Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Joint Clinical Research Centre - Institutional Review Board/Research Ethics Committee (JCRC - IRB/REC)- JCRC-2022-25. Administrative clearance was obtained from the leadership of study districts and health facilities. The study was conducted in accordance to the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent was obtained from all study participants and assent from adolescents. Study participants who were found to require information, counseling and care were linked to health workers for assessment and support. During interviews and discussions, study identification numbers were used to maintain anonymity and all study documents were stored on pass word protected computers only accessible to the study team.
