: Data was collected after the researchers obtained an ethical clearance certificate from Walter Sisulu University, Human Research Committee (Protocol number 125/2021). All procedures in this study were performed according to the relevant guidelines and regulations in the Declaration of Helsinki []. Permission to conduct the study was also obtained from the National Health Research Database (EC_202110_017). Permission was also sought from the District Manager of the Department of Health. Written informed consent was obtained from all the participants who participated in this study, and all were above 18 years of age. Members of the research team could only access data that were analysed and reported anonymously.
