: The Ottawa Health Sciences Network Research Ethics Board deemed this project falls within the context of quality initiative, quality improvement, and program evaluation. Consequently, as per the Tri-Council Policy Statement 2, Article 2.5, the REB determined that the proposal is not ‘human subject research’; therefore, review by the OHSN-REB is not required.The need for consent to participate was waived by the Ottawa Health Sciences Network REB as this was deemed a quality improvement initiative.
