: Ethical approval for the research project was obtained from the University of Manchester Research Ethics Committee (Reference Number: 2023–16385-28933). Participants were given an information sheet and asked to read it carefully before deciding whether to participate. They were given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the project with others if they wished. Informed verbal consent was obtained from participants at the beginning of the virtual interview, which was audio recorded. The data collected from the participants was treated with confidentiality and stored securely on Dropbox for Business. Participants were allowed to withdraw their data up to one week after the interview. We confirm that the study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki.
