: The University of Zambia Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (UNZABREC) was responsible for providing ethical approval for this study (REF. No. 3434–2022). Another ethical approval was obtained from the Mzuzu University Research Ethics Committee (MZUNIREC) (Ref No: MZUNIREC/DOR/23/29). Before data collection, written approval was also sought from the director of health and social services under Zomba District for data collection. Signed informed consent was obtained from all participants. All the participants were deidentified to guarantee confidentiality. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
