: We analyzed de-identified secondary data extracted from the Demography and Health Survey (DHS) program, with permission to analyze. The National Research Ethics Committee of Bangladesh and ICF Macro International reviewed the survey questionnaire and provided ethical approval. Informed written consent was obtained prior to data collection. Since we analyzed secondary data received from the DHS (the data custodian) in de-identified form, no further ethical approval is required.
