: First of all, this study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, and informed consent was obtained from the hospital leaders before issuing the questionnaire. We thoroughly explained the study's purpose and significance to the participants, and informed consent was obtained. Also, we made sure that participants' responses were only used for this study and that they could opt out at any time. Furthermore, the study was conducted anonymously and did not include unethical behavior or human clinical trials, nor did it have any adverse effects on the physical or mental health of the participants.
