: This study was conducted in adherence to the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee of the School of Pharmacy, Addis Ababa University (Ref.No: ERB/SOP/226/11/2020). A formal letter was then written from the Department of Pharmaceutics and Social Pharmacy to the Central EPSS to obtain permission for conducting the study. The agency wrote an official letter to the selected EPSS branches to provide any support. Finally, the study was conducted after permission was obtained from the central and selected EPSS branches.All participants of the study were asked consent before participating in the study. During the consent process, they were informed about the purpose of the study, why and how they were selected and what was expected from them. The study was performed voluntarily, and the participants were assured that they would withdraw at any time. The participants were assured of the confidentiality of the information they provided by avoiding any personal identifiers.
