: In advance, all participants were informed by written material and verbally about the research project. Residents and family members provided written consent; care professionals provided verbal consent. All participants were able to withdraw at any time. Furthermore, they were informed that participation was voluntary, that detailed notes were taken on the observations of the evaluation meetings, that all findings would be treated as strictly confidential and that the findings would be used for scientific publication. Analysis of the data took place anonymously. Ethical approval was provided by the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO) (METCZ20210071; METCZ20210041). This act is in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
