: This study was conducted by the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethics manual in research after obtaining the code of ethics (IR. ARUMS.REC1401.048) from the Research Vice-Chancellor of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. In the next step, researchers visited the educational and medical centers of Ardabil city, where the study’s objectives were communicated to the research samples. Participants were informed that the researchers were committed to answering their questions and that their information would remain confidential. It was emphasized that participation in the study was entirely optional and voluntary, and participants could withdraw at any research stage. Subsequently, the questionnaire was provided to those who had signed the written informed consent, and data collection occurred between June 10 and July 21, 2022.
