: Approval to collect data from the study site was obtained from the Northern Regional Health Directorate office of Ghana Health Service while an ethical approval letter with reference number CHRPE/AP/075/23 was obtained from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Committee on human research and publication ethics. Written informed consent was obtained from participants before their involvement in the study, and the data collected was anonymous. The study adhered to all the dictates of the Helsinki Declaration.
