: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine (2022/1666), and research permission was obtained from the Istanbul Tuberculosis Control Association for TCDs. Informed consent, provided in three languages (Turkish, Arabic, and French) was obtained from all participants. For illiterate participants; appropriate representatives, such as family members or translators, facilitated the consent process.
