: The University of Iowa IRB determined that this work did not meet the regulatory definition of human subjects research and does not require review by the IRB, because this is a needs assessment of a specific population in Iowa (community health workers) in order to guide possible programming by the IDPH. Ref # 202104203. The study was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. For the semi-structed interviews, verbal consent to participate and have the interview recorded was obtained from the participants. For the written survey, return of a completed questionnaire was considered consent to participate in the survey.
