: The Ethical clearance was got from the University of Gondar research ethical review committee (approval no. of “Ref. No: IPH/2490/2023”). Another written letter was obtained from Independent Physician Associations (IPAs) and Amhara Regional Health Bureau for further procedures. Additionally, oral informed consent was obtained from all participants, including mothers, healthcare providers, Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Supply Agency officers, and guardians clients under 18 years old. The purpose of the study, as well as the risk and the benefit of the evaluation, were thoroughly explained to them. To ensure confidentiality, no names were used; instead, a code number was assigned to present the results. Furthermore, the completed questionnaires were securely locked to keep confidentiality.
