: This study received approval from the Ethics Committee of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences, with the ethics code IR.UMSHA.REC.1402.174. Before the study commenced, researchers explained the study’s objectives and methodology to the participants. They were also informed that their information would be kept confidential and reported anonymously. Nurses were informed that their participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw from the study at any time if they wished.
