: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki (WMA Declaration of Helsinki - Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Participants, 2024/75). As the scope of the study is outside of the Norwegian Act on medical and health research (ACT 2008-06-20 no. 44) there was no need for reporting the study to the Regional Committees for Medical Research Ethics. The information security and data protection measures in the study were approved by Sikt– the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (Ref. 362420). After receiving oral and written information about the study, all participants provided written informed consent. Consent forms and all interview recordings were uploaded to ‘Nettskjema’, a secure data capture tool developed by the University of Oslo for collecting, storing, and analysing data []. Interview transcriptions were stored de-identified in Microsoft OneDrive with access control and login during analysis [].
