The study was granted ethical approval on February 15th, 2022, by the Comité Institutional de Bioética em Saúde da Faculdade de Medicina / Hospital Central de Maputo (reference: CISB FM&HCM/105/2021). All respondents signed an informed consent form before interviews started, and were ensured that their personal data would be kept private and not entered into the analysis dataset.
