: This study did not require ethics approval according to the NHS Health Research Authority Decision Tool, as it was a quality improvement project. Nonetheless, the project was conducted in accordance with national guidelines and the Declaration of Helsinki. Stakeholders were e-mailed information about the project and invited to attend workshops via their professional email addresses. Attendees were provided with detailed agendas and presentations in advance of attending each workshop. Verbal consent was obtained from all stakeholders after they were fully informed about the project’s purpose, data collection methods, and the intended use of the findings, including acknowledgment in publications at the start of each workshop. Verbal consent was also given at the start of each workshop for the workshop to be video and audio-recorded by all attending stakeholders.
