: The study adhered to the ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki []. The study did not require ethical approval in accordance with the Swedish Ethical Review Act (2003:460, 3–4§), as it did not involve sensitive personal data, such as political views, health, religion, or ethnic heritage. The study received ethical guidance from the Ethical Advisory Board in Southeast Sweden (EPK 936–2023). Its committee comprises members from Linnaeus University, Blekinge Institute of Technology, and three neighboring regions. Prior to their involvement in the study, all participants were provided with information about the study both in writing and verbally. Each participant provided informed consent by signing a document before participating in the focus-group interviews.
