: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles set forth in the Declaration of Helsinki. The research protocol was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee in Biomedical Research at Abadan University of Medical Sciences (Ethical code: IR.ABADANUMS.REC.1403.030). During the preliminary meeting, consent for participation in the study was acquired verbally from the individuals before the interviews began. The consent that was obtained from all of the participants was informed by ethics committee.
