: The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and all methods were carried out in accordance with the guidelines and regulations. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all of the participants in the study. The procedures used for this study was also approved by the institutional review board at the Nepal Health Research Council. In addition, an ethical clearance was also obtained from the University of Bielefeld, Germany. Participants received oral and written information about the study prior to interview. All participants provided verbal and written consent for participation and sharing of their deidentified data for research purposes. No participants withdrew from the study following informed consent.
