: The survey in this study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Management at Ben-Gurion University, specifically for research involving self-reported questionnaires. The study adhered to the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki for research involving human participants. Participants were recruited through iPanel and provided informed consent to participate in the survey. They were informed that their responses were part of a research study, and it was made clear that they could skip any questions they preferred not to answer or withdraw from the survey at any time without any consequences.
