: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical Review Committee of Madda Walabu University, College of Health Science, prior to conducting the study as per the Declaration of Helsinki. In addition, permission letters were obtained from the Oromia Health Bureau, West Arsi Zone Health Office, and Kore Woreda Health Office before field activities started. Finally, informed written consent was obtained from each study participant after explaining the overall objective of the study and assuring the issues of confidentiality as the data collection tool had no name or other personally identifiable information and the right to refuse when they feel any inconvenience.
