: Ethical approval was granted by the Medical Research Council of Zimbabwe (MRCZ/A/2821) and University of KwaZulu-Natal Biomedical Research Ethics Committee (BREC/00003160/2021). This study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Throughout the study, participants ensured anonymity and strict confidentiality. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Moreover, the participants were advised that their participation was voluntary and that they were free to withdraw from the interview at any point in time if they experienced discomfort. All data were stored on a lockable steel cupboard and password-protected laptop accessible only by the study team. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
