: The ethical clearance was obtained from the institutional ethical review board of the University of Gondar with Ref No/IPH/-1490/2013 on July15, 2021. A permission letter was written from the University of Gondar Comprehensive Specialized Hospital. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Each respondent was informed about the purpose of the study, and we ascertained that the participants have the right not to participate at all, to withdraw at any time from participating in the study, or to skip any question they do not want to answer. Participants were also assured that their name was not written on the questionnaire and that confidentiality of the maintained kept at all levels. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
