: To conduct the study, ethical clearance was obtained from Mizan-Tepi University, Medicine and Health Science College research and community service ethical committee with a reference number HSC/457/23 on date 09/01/23. After the study protocols had been well explained, written informed consent from each participant was taken before an interview. The questionnaires were prepared anonymously.
