: This study was conducted in full compliance with the ethical guidelines for qualitative research and Declaration of Helsinki, adhering to SRQR guidelines to demonstrate rigor to both reviewers and readers.All stages of the research, including data collection and analysis, adhered to the ethical principles approved by the Ethics Committee of Human Research at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences (Code: IR.MUMS.FHMPM.REC.1400.125). Additionally, confidentiality of information and privacy of participants were maintained throughout the research process. After explaining the objectives of the study and the ethical considerations of the research, the interviewer asks the interviewee to declare his/her desire to participate in the study, and informed consent was obtained from all participants.
