: Ethics approval was granted by the Local District Health Human Research and Ethics Committee (2021_ETH11964) as set out on the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research (2023), which aligns with the principles detailed in the Helsinki Declaration. Consent to participate was informed and voluntary. An information statement was included with the email/text that was also included as the front page to the online survey. The information explained that by completing the survey participants were agreeing to participate in the research. As such, completion of the survey was deemed as informed consent to participate. To ensure anonymity, “Force Anonymous” was selected, removing respondents’ identifying information regardless of the survey completion method.
