: This study was conducted in adherence to the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was received from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of AACAHB (አ/አ/ጠ/3991/227) and the IRB Committee of the College of Business and Economics of AAU (CBE/A/Dean/RTT/001/2023). In addition, formal research permission was obtained from the concerned authorities of the study public hospital settings before approaching the research participants. All participating healthcare professionals were provided with full information about the study, and informed consent was received from each participant prior to enrolment. Participation was voluntary, and all methods followed relevant guidelines and regulations to protect participants’ anonymity and confidentiality.
