: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of the University Gondar, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Institutional Review Board (IRB). Permission by a formal letter of cooperation to conduct the survey was also obtained from the Regional Health Bureau (RHB), the Zonal Health Department (ZHD) and the facility heads. The objective, benefit, and harm of the study were explained to each study participant, including the right to withdraw or refuse at any time during the data collection process. Data were collected after obtaining written informed consent, maintaining the confidentiality of the information, and ensuring privacy.
