: In accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, ethical approval for this non-clinical study was obtained from the Research Ethics Review Board of Arba Minch University (Protocol No. IRB/23150/2024) prior to data collection. Following this approval, the town health office was notified, and formal permission was granted by respective Hospitals. Verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant before the interviews after explaining the study’s aims and significance, as well as the participants; rights. To maintain the confidentiality, personal identifiers were excluded from the data collection format, and all recorded data were kept securely only the principal I, accessible only to the principal investigator.
