Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Moi University Institutional Research and Ethics Committee (MU-IREC) under approval number 0003605.Before participation, all respondents were provided with an information sheet detailing the study’s objectives, methodology, potential benefits and risks, the intended use of the data, and the contact information of the research team. Participants were allowed to ask questions, and informed consent was obtained through their signature on a consent form.
