: According to the Helsinki’s Declaration, ethical approval (OSHREC/PRS/569T/349) was obtained from the Osun State Health Research Ethical Committee before the study commenced. The purpose of the research was explained to the HCWs before the administration of the questionnaires. Verbal informed consent was obtained from all respondents. Confidentiality was ensured by excluding names and addresses from the questionnaire. The autonomy/voluntarism of respondents was guaranteed as they were free to decline to participate or withdraw at any point during the study. Feedback on the study’s findings was given to the respondents, Ministry of Health officials, and the Osun State Government.
