: Ethics approval for this study is approved by the New Zealand Health and Disability Ethics Committee prior to study commencement (24/EXP/19958) and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Participants are required to provide written consent to participate in the study. Separate consent is then required for any involvement in qualitative interviews.
