: The study is in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the Health Research Act. It was approved by the ethical committee of South East, Oslo, Norway (2016/12981/REK sør-øst), and research data protection officers at Lovisenberg Diaconal Hospital, and the RCT, on which this study is based, is registered in the clinical trials database. All participants received information about the purpose of the study, voluntary participation, the option to withdraw at any time, and confidentiality for all data. Participants signed written informed consent before participating in the interviews. The written interviews and audio recordings were stored in the research database of the main research hospital.
