: No patient-identifiable data was collected, and the study did not involve any direct clinical intervention. All healthcare staff were informed and involved voluntarily. The study adheres to the Declaration of Helsinki guidelines and as per World Medical Association prescribed preamble to uplift the ethical principles involved in clinical trials on humans. The study has Institutional Ethics Committee approval. Kasturba Medical College & Kasturba Hospital (KMC & KH) IEC-2 No. 393–2025 received.There is no individual patient data collected; hence, the consent form is waived by the KMC & KH IEC-2 Committee. With the staff being part of employment, no consent is required.
