: All methods were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards outlined in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments. Ethical approval including approval for the use of verbal informed consent, was obtained from the Ethical Committee of the Community Medicine Council, SMSB. The participants were voluntarily recruited. The questionnaire was carefully designed to ensure participant anonymity (no personal identifiers were collected) and to guarantee that the data were used solely for the study’s objectives. Verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant after a thorough explanation of the study’s objectives, procedures, the right to withdraw at any time without penalty, and voluntary nature of participation. Verbal consent was approved by the ethics committee. It was considered the most appropriate and inclusive approach, given the potential literacy concerns among the participants, the digital format of data collection, the absence of paper forms, and the limited budget. To safeguard participant privacy and confidentiality, all the data were anonymized. All the data are stored securely. No incentives were provided.
