: This study has received ethical approval [IR.TBZMED.REC.1403.215], from Ethics Committee of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. All participants will be informed about the study’s objectives, procedures, potential risks, and benefits before participation. Written informed consent will be obtained from all participants, including both public participants in the qualitative phase and expert panel members in the Delphi study. To ensure confidentiality and anonymity, participants personal information will not be disclosed, and all data will be stored securely with restricted access. Audio recordings and transcripts will be anonymized, and participants will have the right to withdraw from the study at any stage without any consequences. The findings of this study will be disseminated through peer-reviewed publications. Key results will also be presented at national and international conferences focused on health literacy, public health, and media studies. Summarized findings will be shared with policymakers, health organizations, and media stakeholders through policy briefs and reports to inform decision-making. Additionally, workshops and stakeholder meetings will be organized to engage healthcare professionals, educators, and policymakers in discussions on the application of the validated Media Health Literacy (MHL) framework.
